Imarn Dean Palmer
Imarn Dean has spent over 15 years in the fitness industry, specialising in functional and conditioning training principles. Driven by the long-term relationships he has globally, he loves to see his clients and members get strong and lean, changing their lifestyles alongside their fitness. Imarn founded Studio X in 2023, and it quickly became a space where members grew addicted to his signature and infectious style of coaching. His go-to session? Something explosive combining weights and cardio. When he’s not coaching, you’ll find him at a padel social practicing new shots.

Keiyshan (Gianni) Taylor
Keiyshan’s approach to training is shaped by over 15 years of experience in weightlifting and strength & conditioning. His passion for music, high energy, and non-negotiable attitude makes every session super rewarding and vibey. Members leave legs shaking with a smile. His go-to session? Leg day — but he loves a sweaty group circuit too. Outside the studio, he’s usually setting up his next music event.

Katerina (Nina) Dowson
Katerina built Studio X to weave fitness into the working day. She recognised that “I don’t have time” was the most common barrier stopping people from training. Driving operations and expansion, you’ll find her at her laptop or chatting with members at the coffee bar. What drives her? Seeing Studio X inside buildings globally. And when she’s not working — she’s training too.
